Use to User Interface and Pragmatic Personas at SD's Best Practices West 2009

At SD West I'll teach paper prototyping and lightweight usability testing in Use to User Interface. It's a good chance to get your hands dirty doing user interface design that really works.

I'll teach a short 90 minute class teaching you the essentials of identifying your users and beefing them up to simple lightweight personas. These personas will help you describe your user's goals to others, and help you identify important characteristics your software must have to be successful for its target users.
